I grew up in Los Angeles, shaped by the rhythm of the city and the strength of my Mexican roots. My love for photography began with street photography, drawn to the everyday stories unfolding around me. But the deepest spark came from my father, who was always behind the camera. One particular photograph he took has stayed with me ever since, inspiring me to pick up the lens myself.
Photography has never felt effortless to me — it's something I've had to wrestle with, question, and grow into. At times I doubt myself, but I keep returning to the camera because it connects me to my family, my culture, and the world around me. With my wife, I explore candid and light editorial work, while my heart often leads me back to landscapes, stills and everything else that draws me to capture.
Every image I create is both a search for meaning and a way of honoring the legacy that began with my father's eye.

Mi Viejo

I am now stepping into a new journey — sharing my art with the world.
From the streets to the landscapes that surround us, what began as a personal exploration has grown into a body of work that reflects culture, family, and everyday beauty.
Now, with the support of my family, friends and community, I am ready to offer these images beyond my own circle. Each photograph is not just a picture, but a story — and I hope they resonate with others as deeply as they have with me.
